One of our most recent arrivals at Riduna Park, Lara Pepper, is set to release a new online fitness course.
Following the trend for virtual pandemic fitness classes, Lara’s six-week pilates course will begin on Monday 15th February.
All classes are pre-recorded and sent out on every Monday via e-mail.
Sessions last approximately and are available to view multiple times.
Lara says the classes are suitable for beginners, but harder variations are also available for every exercise.
