Lots to catch up on

We have been busy behind the scenes doing all the boring bits and we haven’t been very good at updating the news on the website, but a lot has been happening. Here is the run down:-

East Suffolk House and The Annexe has now officially been opened by Lord-Lieutenant of Suffolk, Countess of Euston and Councillor Ray Herring, from Suffolk Coastal District Council. The Council Staff are now settled in to their new office and Cllr Herring said:

“Importantly, we have now got a modern, energy-efficient headquarters, which will enable us to continue to provide a high quality of service to local people. We have also proved that government buildings can be attractive, as well as being functional and providing good value for money!”

Honey & Harvey are going to be taking up residence in Unit 1 of the site providing the offices and passers by with their great coffee and delicious food. We can’t wait to have such a vibrant brand on site. Opening dates to be announced soon.

We are also pleased to welcome M C Contracts onto site, who are occupying Unit 3.

Board Room in Unit 2

Board Room in Unit 2, Riduna Park

The lovely Jemma Watts Photography has been on site taking photos of Phase 1 for us and helping us show off the furniture that Source One Office Interior Solutions has kitted Unit 2 out with, we hope this provides some inspiration to the future tenants on site.

Hosted Phone System

We have been working with Comms Unite to roll out our superfast broadband and provide phone systems to the offices, which can use the same number from your current office or home office. Contact us for more details.

Hot Desking

For those who are one man bands or too small to occupy a whole office, there will soon be the option to hot desk on site, and also hire out a boardroom for meetings.

Riduna Holdings have now appointed Nick Mager, of Savills, to manage Riduna Park. Nick has now got to grips with the site and will be running the Maintenance and Service Charges.
